High fat. High carbs. High sodium. But it is American Chinese food to go. Cheap, hot, and ready to be eaten in your recliner for the inevitable carbon crash.

This is our "Go To" Chinese food restaurant in the Bear area. The food is always fresh. The staff is friendly and the drivers are nice. We frequently change up our orders from time to time and the food is always good. We have not had a bad experience with Phoenix City in any order over the last several years. The inside of the restaurant is not a place where you would want to sit down and eat so it should be noted that they are mainly a take out or delivery restaurant.

Greasy food

Good food, good prices, and their delivery is quick. I order delivery from them at least once a month and never had a problem. Once they forgot a side order, before I even grabbed my phone to call them, they called me and were on their way with the forgotten side dish, and less than 3 minutes they were back at my door with the missing side dish. Can't get any better than that.

Went here because of the high rating on Google but I think the rating is much higher than the place deserves. It's just average Chinese food nothing special. I was disappointed the backs of my shrimp weren't cleaned out and my chicken was 95% bread. We wanted to eat in but were rushed to pay and leave. The food is alright though but probably won't be back.

Good food, good service, and the only Chinese with delivery service to Bear DE. But recently they tend to forget items and then want you to pay extra to deliver missing items.

Really enjoyed the meal coming from the city where I have had some of best I found Phoenix city food delicious I would recommend it for anyone who has never tried it I was very pleased with the service easy to get to and a free 2 liters of soda with meal over $ 30 . The price is very good and the Service is especially good.

This place closed and had been replaced with Poke & Hibachi. My wife tried a poke bowl it was pretty good. We will be going back. Google Maps refused my addition of this new restaurant for some reason. ---Bummer Phoenix City is no more. permanently closed. Online ordering is disabled. :-(Take out from this place is very good eating at this place is not so good. They don't have very good seating here, but the delivery service is pretty good and my measurement of a Chinese restaurant is the hot and sour soup and they have actually passed this test which is rare for one of these types of places. Moo shu pork Is Awesome from this place, as are most of the things that I've had here. It's the local winner in the Bear Elkton area. Please click 'like' if you like my reviews...

Singapore ming fon is the go to meal.

Ask for extra spicy and i did not taste spice at all.
